XI LLC was founded on a simple idea: families in youth soccer deserve an advocate who works for them — not for a club, a league, or a sponsor.
Our team brings decades of experience across American youth soccer, including U.S. Soccer National A License coaching, club Director of Coaching roles, and work as U.S. Soccer coach educators training the next generation of licensed coaches. We’ve run clubs and programs, and we’ve seen firsthand how confusing, expensive, and disconnected the system can become from what actually helps kids develop and fall in love with the game.
Parents are bombarded with advice from people who don’t always have the child’s best interest at heart. Credentials get overlooked. Costs balloon. Kids burn out and quit. XI LLC exists so families have a guide who works for them.
As your Player Advocate, our only priority is your child. We help you understand what actually matters: whether a coach holds a real U.S. Soccer license, whether they’re SafeSport certified, and whether the environment they’re building serves your child’s development, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. We help you cut through the noise at every stage — from first touches in elementary school, through the competitive years of middle and high school, to the realities of college recruitment.
